"The safety of our products is important to us not only because of regulatory requirements. We, J2 Scientific, adhere to all regulatory guidelines and requirements of the ProdSG. Product safety always applies and we take it very seriously for all of our products.

As a manufacturer, we always develop and produce our products in accordance with the relevant harmonized standards. We also confirm this through our conformity assessment (CE). The necessary information is provided on the type plate. We also provide users with the operating instructions including the safety instructions. All products are regularly monitored and tested through internal audits. This also includes the timeliness of the risk analyses and all necessary technical documents. In addition, we have implemented extensive quality and complaint processes in our company in order to respond as quickly as possible to any feedback."
